Return/Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
- The video should start before opening the parcel
- The package label and condition must be clearly visible
- The issue/damage must be shown clearly in the video
Important Note
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return/Exchange Window
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and order details.
Product Condition
The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video
- Images (if required)
Refund/Replacement
Once the issue is verified:
- A replacement will be provided, or
- A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
